Have you always been fascinated by cutting edge technology? Did you ever dream that you could play a role in transforming science fiction into reality? I know I have! That's exactly why I launched the Microtechnologies Integration & Convergence (µTIC) Research Group to drive innovative solutions in the field of microsystems.

Integrated electronic circuits (IC), microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) and microfluidic networks are the main types of microsystems that have made accessible such impactful products as personal computers, smartphones, and blood glucose sensors. Wouldn't it be great if it were possible to put that all together to enable new ground-breaking solutions?

At µTIC, we strive to innovate by creating new microtechnologies, and discovering new and original ways to combine them to solve problems that we face every day in today's world.

Regardless of your specific background, if you have a passion for new technologies and are interested to partake in applied research in beautiful Montreal, be sure to contact me to explore how we can work together. The µTIC team is always looking for creative, driven PhD and Master's students to work on new exciting projects. Undergraduate internships are also possible.
